豪尔迪·迪兹·费尔南德斯（Jordi Díez Fernández）1966年3月5日出生于西班牙巴利亚多利德，现居并工作于巴塞罗那的森特列斯。1989年，他在马德里的弗雷斯内迪利亚斯-德拉奥利瓦开设了第一家工作室。在那里，他度过了三年的独居时光，并由此奠定了其雕塑创作的核心概念。
人类形象的表达是他作品围绕的主轴。
在他艺术生涯的不同阶段，他运用了雕塑艺术中常见的各种材料：石材、铁、木材和陶土。对豪尔迪·迪兹而言，这些材料是过渡，最终他专注于不锈钢创作。在这种金属中，他找到了作品所需的表达潜力，摒弃了技巧性表现的叙事，转而探索内在的能量。
在这一形式探索中，他深刻触及“虚空”的存在——表面的解构与留白。因此，豪尔迪·迪兹仅用必要的金属去“禁锢”形态所包裹的空气，达到一种高度的凝练与轻盈，从而强化了表达力，并让人感受到有形之物背后潜藏的真实。
他的作品遍布全球，收藏于博物馆、寺庙、公共空间及私人藏家之手。
